Interior Design Consultation
This consultation takes place in your home and is your opportunity to show us the space and present us with any ideas you have. The consultation normally lasts 60 minutes, during which time we discuss your interior needs in detail, moving from room to room taking a brief throughout. We will also take photographs of the space in question for reference.
Following the meeting, we will put together a detailed concept of the project and a proposal with costings to present to you in the showroom.
After the initial consultation and presentation in the showroom, if you wish to proceed it will be a case of tailoring the way we work around your needs. This can involve multiple site visits, floorpans & layouts, and sourcing of fabrics, furniture and accessories to complete the project. How long this takes varies according to the project itself and any changes that may be made along the way.
Once approved we can prepare work to be undertaken by contractors. You can choose whether to source these yourself or to use our recommended services.
Forum Interiors, if commissioned are happy to work on your behalf to see the project through from start to finish. Negotiating with contractors and suppliers to co-ordinate the project to its completion.
Project Management is charged on a fixed rate basis dependant on size and timeframe of the project.
We at Forum Interiors work closely with Farrow & Ball paint and our team are all colour consultants for the brand. We offer a 60 minute home colour consultation to discuss paint options throughout the home. After the initial consultation we will present you with boards of the colour concepts chosen.
We also work closely with The Little Greene Paint Company & Paint & Paper Library.
